Terms & Conditions
Standard cancellation time is 48 hours prior to your arrival. Full payment is taken thereafter. Failure to cancel or failure to show will result in the hotel charging you for your first night’s stay and the remainder of your reservation will be automatically cancelled. A pre-authorization may be charged to your debit/credit card (or cash deposit) against incidentals or damages.
If you cancel an “advance purchase reservation” you forfeit your full payment. The date of an “advance purchase reservation” is non transferable.
Special Events; including Holiday Season, New Year’s Eve, Bank Holidays, Concerts & Competitions require a minimum 7 days cancellation notice. The Hotel reserves the right to request prepayment via an email or text link at any time prior to arrival. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Bookings of 4 rooms or more constitutes a group and as such, different terms and conditions apply. For groups booking, contact the Reservations Manager on 064 6633000.

The Parkavon Hotel assumes no responsibilitiy or liability for such errors and as such has the right not to honour reservations or information affected by such errors, inaccurracies or omissions.
